  • You may want to have your Thyroid hormone level checked. Having too much thyroid hormone in your system tremendously increase your metabolism and that's why a person is having difficulty gaining weight. If left unchecked, it can lead to hyperthyroidism and other chronic conditions such as heart failure. I would have it checked. Live well Live happy!

  • If you want to gain weight id say to eat more. And then when youre done bulking and have gained that muscle mass do more cardio and eat healthier to get your body fat low again. I would suggest checking out sixpackshortcuts and scooby 1961s channels as well. Also, filming yourself in your mirror by my standards is weird. good luck with your weight gain

  • I'm asian and also have your same body frame. I went from 130lb to 140, but my idea weight is 160-170 lbs.  I used to think gaining weight is impossible. But recently, I learn how to gain. It's important to eat as much as you can - 2500 to 3000 calories a day. Only workout 3 times a week, and take a weight gainer supplement after your workout. Go to GNC and buy MAss XXX. Your should gain 1-1.5 lbs a week.

  • take weight gainer protein, and also eat alot..every 3-4 hours eat a huge meal.. dont do much cardio either, focus on heavy weight lifting, 4-6 reps of ur max weight, 3 sets and increase pounds every set, it will take a while tho, u have to stick with it

  • you can try the protein diet which works for most skinny people. you can purchase a protein supplement pills and take them after every meal that you have. then purchase a box of protein bar and a big jar of protein milkshake. usually following this diet will give you the result within a month or more.

  • Eat more red meat. The protein will help you gain muscle weight rather than fatty weight. (ie: belly bulge) Different workouts produce different cuts, so I'd talk to a professional about which exercises and machines will produce the cuts you want. Hope that helps a bit. ^^;

  • What's wrong with your cuts now?? If you want more try more twists, and weighted ab work. But if you start using crazy weight you'll get a bulging stomach cause your abs will be so thick. You still got nice abs though.

To burn them for more energy while working out Dont just workout ur abs... work out the whole upper body.. dont forget the legs.. u dont want to end up having frog legs.. ya workout ur whole body.. get it TONED then the girls will start noticing dont wry.. Once you achieved your body to maintane is.. is a PERFECT DIET so ya

  • I have the same problem, i find it impossible to gian significant weight or muscle mass, im 6 foot 1 inch 17 years old 140lbs and body fat of 6% and i eat like a horse...

  • Well over the years my diet has changed according to my body, so now my diet is 50% carbs (98% complex, i only eat simple carbs like white rice, when i have sushi and stuff like that), 40% protein ( make sure u mix this part well so eat lean meats, fish, milk , beans, soy just mix em up its good for your body), and 20% fats( i tried to keep this part low but u need fats to live because the fatty acids are vital to your bodys functionability.) oh yeah and i drink a gallon of water everyday

  • I'm not saying that you're wrong but I don't think you want to slow your metabolism. The point is to speed it up but keep it fed. When you speed it up, you feed it more, in return more calories are taken in.

  • calculate ur BMI, see how much ur body burns naturally. once you know that increase your caloric intake to pass the amount of food u eat.. dont take too much protein either its not good. maintain a balanced diet, eat 6-7 times a day with well proportioned diet, consult a physician if you want to gain any weight and if u wanna use weigh gainers. its better that way..

    I'm 5'5.5'' weight 165, 6% body fat, bench 280..so you can do it bro it will take time but be patient

  • Well i have some friend who used weight gainers and it worked for them at for the taste i think u will get used to it over time..

    Yeah took me a while to get to 165, used to be over weight kid was 240 lbs when i was 15 and then i started playing Football and it all melted... so i have been low since then only problem is my metabolism is high as hell now im constantly eatin and drinkin water which leads to constant pissing lol

  • I eat subway almost every day and I've gained 15 pounds in the last year. I don't think it's what you eat, it's how. I used to eat 3 well sized meals a day but now I eat smaller portions and more throughout the day. I have the same fast metabolism you do. I split my chicken breast sub for lunch and dinner. Breakfeast and inbetween snacks consist of high protein cereal, bananas, nuts, and sometimes protein bars. a good workout routine also helps when gaining weight. Hope that helps you.
