Looks pretty cool except for the fact that when you stop flapping it tumbles down instead of a nice glide that would be more realistic.

that was not because of the wings stopping, that was an intentional spin. in the other video of it, you can see it glide, and do so rather well compared to any other "toy" ornithopter.
