Good point MaxDarkside! Clinton was also a Rhodes Scholar attending Oxford. That's a big reason why voters gave him a pass on the lack of experience issue. Ross Perot and Bush Sr. hammered away at the lack of experience of Clinton, but it was obvious the guy was sharp, so voters let it slide.

Bottomline, if Sarah Palin had a degree, spoke coherently and intelligently during situations where she's required to think on her feet, she wouldn't have lost so much support from independents.

She does have a degree, and in the debate she spoke very coherently straight to Americans while "on her feet", without the Bill Clinton BS (meaning of "is is"). She resonates with more people than you may think.

I understand that Bush has done some disastrous things. Personally I think the 2 parties are working together to bring us communism, which is why I am writing in Ron Paul. I am indignant right there with alot of people. I just wish there was more focus on real questions about the McCain-Palin ticket beyond insane rantings about her down syndrome child and her "lack of experience". Oh and Bush isn't running. You know I am voting independent in this election so I am looking at all of this from afar but... It's not that complicated. She actually has to deal with Russia concerning the fishing industry.. The vast majority of the media did as little as possible to bring out BHO's hideous associations. On the other hand, they unearthed every possible detail about Sarah Palin and her family.
