OMFG, 1500 gallons @ .20 - .40 per is rediculous. Using industrial grade de-humidifiers would produce a hell of alot more potable water at a fraction of the cost in the foot print of that trailer.

Assume "hurricane humidity" lingers for 14 days. 400 units are needed to produce 7 million gals of water before the humidity drops. 200 million dollars for the units, (500k ea), countless millions to transport and maintain, and .40 for ea gal. means its probably cheaper to truck-in bottled water

Fluoride is poison and its added to our water supply to kill us!!! I use NON fluoride toothpaste and I'm buying a ECOLOBLUE water from air machine (atmospheric water generator). Your body ingest more fluoride during showering that by drinking, it's hard to remove but can be done using reverse osmosis. Filters made with BONE CHAR and CHARCOAL can remove fluoride. umm.. each 20 foot unit extracts 500 gallons a day? yeah, i think her math is off about distributing water to everyone. 5 gallon boxes means they can only manufacture between the 2 to about 200 people or 1000 people if they gave the required gallon of water per person. I think it's just better to buy a few dozen cases of bottled water and hide it in your garage or back yard shed.

My distiller is run with a fresnel lens the ozonator runs from my algae grower with a few mods and my ionizer runs from an air circuit perfected by the late great Nikola Tesla. They all run by themselves as clean as a whistle without needing to be plugged into a wall. Why not just have solar distilleries. Inflatable parabolic mirrors that focus the sun's rays to heat a boilet. Water vapor condenses on the ceiling of the boiler and it's collected. Doesn't require salt or electricity or diesel fuel. These parabolic mirrors can be mass produced from cheap materials. Mylar and PVC. WTF?! FEMA is staffed with nothing but retards.

Who said water was just H20, I distill water with my home made distiller, no doubt it makes the water a little more acidic, but depends on the ph and water additives to begin with. The i run it through a home made ionizer to make it alkaline based.

When someone can show me proof distilled water leeches minerals i will change accordingly...but know one has. The benefit of converting tap water to distilled and putting through an ozone generator or ionizer outweigh any myth from government hacks.

Cheers fella.... was a good video i get what your saying but there are other ways to do this in an unnatural environment as such we live. This has been done before in egypt with the pyramids and many diffrent geometric shapes to preserve the water.you need to live in a place that has a great ionic atmosphere like rainforest etc but...wish i did. If you ionize rainwater after its distilled ozone will also go into the water this can also be alkalized then mineralized naturally with certain rocks.

The main industrial process to desalinate sea-water is distillation, not RO.

To be 'green', just use heat (sun) to heat up seawater. Hence no mercury, plutonium, uranium, arsenic or whateverium.

Seawater is drinkable in small amounts tho, not like there is much poison in it, so a crude destillation is ok for drinking-water AND u get to keep some important minerals like Plutonium :)

My point really was that it's cynical to design and push a system that is fuel hungry when there are perfectly simple systems that require no 'non-renewable' energy whatsoever. Basic distillation processes will give one non-conductive medical quality H2O which then needs re-mineralization for long term drinking. But, again, my point is that it's surprising we are still so controlled by market forces that we still happily promote oil dependent water and food sources.
