  • Ganesh, Please concentrate on Cloud Computing/4G techs and Use technologies Liferay,Icefaces and avoid normal traditional frameworks. Identify good tech Good Architects or even good tech managers are ok for this.

  • Friends, i totally agree this is the best company to work with. @saurabh i have examples to give you to justify my comment . I just pointed out few points. This is not any personal and just telling with the intention how this company should have grown further (far better than present) with other many clients by correcting few small things . i agree every company will have this. I am closing this conversation. Many people became managers by working in this company. Excellent HR system.

  • Thanks @PaulStevens11 , and really good piece of information @ Roger Blane, Harward writing about Zensar’s HR practices is really awesome. Now such HR practices can’t be achieved unless backed by an active and efficient management team.

  • @saurabhcookie i think there have been more clients added in Zensar's client portfolio than just 50. Some of the accounts have been really good including a large airlines company from Australia, A big insurance company in UK. They have developed a good presence in South Africa & all the top 3 insurance companies over there are their customers. I think in this phase we can park our trust on zensar and it is the time where we could see Zensar grow faster than other IT companies of similar size.

  • @jasonaviet1 Good to hear that, Zensar has been a beneficial share for me since the last two years now, it has grown by over two hundred percent. I am confident of their revenues increasing multifold after this acquisition and have full faith in the management.

  • @Kapildhrl You seem to be a one off case in Zensar who is really annoyed with the kind management it has It is my feeling that this is probably just incompatibility with ur manager alone The video talks abt aggressive growth in all seg including adding 800 employees, new center in Shanghai etc. Also they have added over 50 Fortune100 new clients to their list last year. These numbers are just not possible with a sleeping management I think its your personal grudges & not reflective of reality.

  • Many managers do nothing just sitting and taking huge salaries. No initiative to get new projects or present the talent to clients which zensar have.

  • this is very good company to work with under the leadership of Ganesh. This company should have grown like anything and have good infrastructure. But the revenues are very less when compared to other Min range companies. The reason for this was keeping non technical project managers/heads of some projects/departments(of course there are few good people though). Non recognition of talent is another reason. They keep people as heads who are working for zensar for years. good tech people left.
