I did this video yesterday and today I have never felt so much stretch in my legs. Making sure your knees don't move forward of your ankle is definately the most effective way to perform squats.
Bad knees run in my Family, I've been desperate to do these for years and now I've watched your video and tried the way you explianed, my knees don't hurt at all :) Normally cycling, cross trainers and squats hurt but not anymore, brilliant video, glad I watched
Great video but I get pain in my lower back when I squat and not in the legs. I have back problems anyway but the more I push my bottom out to squat, the more it arches my back no matter how straight I try to keep it and hence, the pain
It is my understanding that squats are great for glutes but I have bad knees so I am worried about doing this exercise progerly. Your video is good but I wish I had a personal trainer and then i could get fit the right way.
