When you have samurai's cutting dudes in half, deflecting bullets back to the enemy, and turning into killer dogs, how can you go wrong =)

A great side scroller and a very big improvement over the first in the series. It's nice that there's a lot of variety between the different stages. The start of the game with the huge dragon and dramatic music is awesome.

I like to add that the characters and backgrounds are extremely detailed and well drawn. My favorite hack n slash.
