  • Currently we have an Attendance Management program whereby if your attendance does not match that of your peers the employee can a be fired as an "administrative" action saying the employee is not capable of performing their duties. This is not disciplinary but an administrative action whereby the union cannot stop it. For those who do not believe this is an attendance management scheme we had a person in a management level position admit the STD is to deal with attendance problems.
