noc is on of the strongest ganker, jungler and dps machines i know in this game

he has shield which can absorb every skill, a longe range ulti and so on...

zhao has a strong atack and when his ulti is right placed also some armor and magic rec, but xhao is a little bit boring to play in my opinion and he can be killed very easy

but xhao is still a very strong champ

everyone can play the champ he/she likes^^

in 1vs1 noc will win, cause he can block one of xin xhaos skills which reduces his damage a lot, he can fear while dealing a great amount of damage and if xin trys to run he can chase him down with his ulti

if you block xins 3 talon strike right after he dashes to atack and than use you fear skill on him you will always win with noc

xin has high cooldowns
