Just finished doing this and it works great. I died once in the middle and reloaded the save (not an autosave) just to be on the safe side. So you can die, as long as vitachamber off is set to on.

@Jareth777 To get Brass Balls and do the glitch you need to play on easy till Fontaine Drain ADAM from him 3 out of 4 times and right before you drain the 4th time change to hard and if you change it to hard and have the free dlc then it should say disable vita-chambers at the bottom.

wow, this worked, i beat the game on easy, without dieing and without any updates. i had 960/1000, then i downloaded the plasmid dlc and updated the game. did just what the video showed and got an extra 140 points for brass balls and seriously good at this. thanks alot

Thanks for the video, to all those wondering, this glitch totally works. I admit I was skeptical but I started playing the game for the first time last week and I followed the videos instructions when I reached the end of the game. The achievements popped exactly where the video says they do. Awesome find.

I had no option to turn off vita-chambers here. So I used another account, silver, dowloaded the plasma tonic DLC(I already had it, but it was not checked). Then loaded my main account, loaded save right before elevator, disabled vita-chambers & did how this video said got them all. Thanks ;)

ummm... I hate you to hell. Brass Balls was an extremely hard achievement to master. And I got it, being a bioshock lover, and proceeded to get all achievements but what two? which i'm getting tonight. People should get the achievement on their own. And now, people without any skill can do it easily. thanks a lot asshole.

I just finish Bioshock on Hard without dying (dead = reload save) but not Achievement.

I follow your vid' (second account for re-downloading DLC) i take ma save "Fontaine" i change hard to easy, beat the boss, and change Easy to Hard like you and BAM !! 100G !!

I think this achievement will only work if you don't die during the easy campaign, and if you then do die and appear in a vita-chamber earlier in the game, you won't be able to get the achievement.

Question: You have to play the game through without dying ONCE on any difficulty, then on the final boss (Atlas) switch the difficulty to "Hard" and the Vita-Chambers to "Off"? Or can you load any save, whether you died or not, and continue from there?

i did this yesterday,i ran through the game again as loading an old save didn't work

i played on easy(took about 5hrs),and didn't touch the options for the vita chambers,and no i didn't use them either...2 achievements popped up when Jack is getting himself off the floor to be offered the key to the city from the little sister

ok, after i applied the update oncemore, it did work. so having an updated bioshock is also very important, it even counteracts legit playthroughs it seems..

1. Didn't turn of the chambers.

2. Died during the game.

3. Didn't have the DLC.
