I had a 71 Sedan DeVille i bought on New Years Eve 1982, i was 16, i paid $100.00 for it with a bad exhaust system and bad shocks in the rear. LOL i was too young to realize what i had. LOL!

Thats beautiful! Mines the light powder blue, 472 Ci engine, white leather interior. AND its all original, and still running. No rust! God i love my neatfreak family.

I grew up in a Cadillac like this as a young kid. My father always had to have these babies. Ours were always a dark blue with full leather. Loved that car. You could hit a pothole 8" deep and never know it. :)

It was an option on them, back then you could actually order a car with what you wanted in it.

The 500 was just a stroked out version of the same engine, so it was no big deal to get that in place of the 472

Fyi, it's not an 8.2L. The 500 ci is 8.2. The 472 is 7.7L.

I gots the same year but mines the coupe black with white interior... its sat out in the weather for about 2 years startin to rust QQ... but its i should be gettin the alternator and 4 tires for my B-day/ christmas and then its drivable... I laugh at all my friend there buying all these brand new cars (im 18 just graduated) putin them big subs in lil cars with the ricers on'em. HAHA at the light my caddy shakes when i rev it up and it will burn the tires bald from a dead stop dry... I<3UsaCars..
