Also, I have seen no substantial evidence that the papas are causing a threat to public safety. If anything, it is their safety that is in question. Many stars abuse them with both verbal and physical assaults. Lady Di's driver did not have to drive at such a high speed to dodge papas.  That was a bad idea.

With the high-quality camera equipment today, it seems silly that the papas have to get very close for a picture. A little distance would not hurt, either, and it would relieve much of the tension.
