Yep I agree with Kazzzzo! Cutest Beetroot farmer on YouTube... just harvesting mine now this evening and looking for inspiration as it's my first crop! Thanks for the video and let me know if you fancy coming over for dinner :-)

That's ok Sally, thought you might just have a very strong accent! With storing veg, it really depends on what you are storing and the quality of veg too - make sure there are no signs of disease etc. The location in which they are stored also has a considerable effect. Your veg sack should be stored in a cool, frost free place, perhaps in a storage cupboard in your garage or utility room. The carrots and beetroot should last 6-8 weeks. Hope that helps!
