What do you do for B12? I've watched vids here of people reporting that they ran into serious issues after an extended period as vegans - like 15 to 20 yrs. The usual accusations I see against them is that they weren't doing it right but many of these people after so many yrs are actually experts at veganism and even know more about the diet and what to supplement than their accusers many of whom haven’t been on it that long. Hi Nice to see you back!! Could you tell me what you feed your cats?? I live in Morocco and it is very hard to be vegan over here as I cannot find many vegetables or products that you can find in other countries.I was a vegan for 23 years but I have to admit that since I live in Morocco I have been drinking some milk and eating some eggs and cheese because I was getting sick.Also I have cats and buy them what I can find at the supermarket as kibble,hard to be vegan in Morocco :((((

@merce0909 I'm really sorry you're having a hard time staying vegan in Morocco... for animals is a little harder though. There are some countries that have vegan food for cats, not all cats thrive on it though, there are loads of different opinions about this. As for me, I don't feed my cats vegan kibble, I don't have any brands here in Guatemala and since cats are carnivores it's a little dangerous to play with their health feeding them a vegan diet :( I'm not happy about this but is what it is

@porolita22 I buy the kitties whiskas,the other choices are friskies or no-name brand.Also going to the butcher shop but I defenately don't want to do that lol When it comes to me the only veggies available here are tomatoes,potatoes,egg plants,peppers,cucumbers,carro­ts,but u cannot find greens like broccoli,spinach,collard greens.I eat a lot of beand too and some dried fruits but sometimes I will eat an occasional egg or a glass of milk :((

@merce0909 you cannot get broccoli or collard greens? oh gosh you need to move out of that country! lol... :( didn't the animal products make you sick after all those years of not consuming them? I really hope you can figure it out, it seems like you don't have many options there and that's not good at all.

It's called Ami..it's awesome, it is from Italy and they have many distributors who can help you get this product or you could try, the food if vegan and my cats love it, comes in chicken flavor and they actually eat it, a lot of people i know have this brand and the cats seem to love it the number to call is 1-905-882-1331 greenleafvegandistrubution

@merce0909 The number i left you will be able to help you find distributor but i think you can try veganpet.com and will tell you who could ship etc not quite sure, but i know they ship to many countries.. and my cats have no health problems on this food, they have eaten it for many years, it has a lot of taurine and good things for them, anyways hope this could help, see you.:)
