so this is all the CDs you get in the standard edition of the game. so every time you buy this game you get 4 discs or is this a special or limited edition version. some one please answer

I know, waiting 30 seconds for the disk to load is so much worse than waiting 20 minutes to install data on your hard drive because Blu ray disks are incredibly slow.

Right, that why they load faster after a install. Compression? They run just as fast as DVD9's run. Hmmmm 4 discs? Or a 2-3 gig install on my robust 80GIG PS3 harddrive, and have slower load times, Which are abundant in this game

If Lost Oddyssey was on PS3 it would contain only 1 Dual Layer Blu-ray disc and it would not take a install of half the game u dumbass. It would be like MGS 4 where before a long cutscene you have to install but it only takes about 1 to 2 mins which is not long. In that time you could move yo lazy ass and get somn to drink or what ever. Its not good to stay on a videogame for a long time.

each disk is about 10 hours each. That is if you go in and probe all pots, get the items, etc etc. but disk 2 is surprisingly short, so i advise on disk two (after you get Sarah) go to Numara atoll, and start power leveling only attack the silver guys with GAMBLE. so yeah.. 60 hours.. bull on.

luckily the game I got the discs are in good shape with no scratches, IDK bout other gamers who bought it though. might be mixed stuff.
