after 7 years your lungs are tar free. they forget to tell you that lol. every year halfs the chance of lung cancer or any type of  cancer. ageing slows and your body returns to some, but not most normailty.

after smokeing, exercising (making your lungs work) help masivly to geting health better. smoke when your young.. dont say youve never tried it. most of these campains are horse shit but there go :)

I asked God to take away my need for nicotine and He did. I have been smoke free for two years now. One day after smoking nearly 1 pack in less than 3 hours I dropped to my knees with an intensity in my heart and asked God to free me from smoking. I never smoked again. I love my father, God.
