This is true. Look what they have done with Iran. With 300 billion dollars in 2 years still the majority of the people are badly poor and country completely destroyed. Not any Metros in the cities (Only Tehran with 2 short lines), not any special trains, railways, comercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, airplanes, airports, cargo ports, roads etc. Comapare Iran with rest of Persian Gulf Countries. Back 200 years. Where the money goes, God knows!!!!!
