@Evilcyber for your chair you should drill holes in the top of the wood and tie wire through the holes and go around the top of the chair legs. Just to make safer.
Brilliant! Your setup is much better than my sofa curls because: 1) you can change the angle 2) you can use a board long enough to support your whole arm from armpit to outstretched hand. Wish I though of this :)
