It 's such a nice surprise to find this on YouTube ! This is a song I liked a lot when it came out, yet it did not make the Top Twenty, and I've NEVER heard it on the radio, all those 47 years since..... Thank you !
I still have my RUST 45rpm of this song and never thought I'd hear it again. Great song fueled by a jangly guitar. Wonder who the session guy was. Thanks for putting it on youtube
I like this - really driven by that percussion. I'm surprised I've just now discovered him but so much was happening in the UK then - Thanks for posting! I'll look for this now
Nice one. I like it. But does anyone have "See Me Cry" please? I think that's what it's called. I heard it for the first time on the radio last night and I liked it.
I found a copy of this on the Rust label at a record store in the Bronx on Third Avenue near 149th Street many, many years ago. I later found out it was his only national chart item.
His other stuff is very good as well.... he had a number of follow up singles on Rust, and he definitely should've had a hit with I'll Never Get Over You / Who Wouldn't Love A Girl Like That, but radio was too busy with other british invasion acts to take notice.
I heard this song when I was 11 way back in 1964, and its stuck in my mind ever since. This is the first I've heard it since then. THANKS for posting this!

Judging by the discography in the description of this video, i'll guess his I'll Never Get Over You was never relelased in the UK?
