I have to say wow and great job.. I am just happy that it turned out for the best.. I would have done the same thing and I must say you stay composed very well..
I called 911 when he almost took out a guard rail on I-95. He then almost flipped his vehicle swerving in the median. I kept advising 911 he was going to kill someone. After approx.10 to 15 minutes of watching him almost hit people and no responce from Daytona P.D. I stopped him before he could kill someone. The Cops never showed up.
