AWESOME job children....I am full blooded Navajo who did these same songs dances for performances when I was younger. We have had many "biliganas" throughout our community as part of schooling, teachers, nurses, doctors etc....although some ppl are still oblivious that we are all as one no matter what color...thank you for sharing your video with the rest of us!

I always want to know if this competition still went on. When I was younger my elementary would enter this. I would a number of awards, Still have the trophy's. Its good the younger kids are still doing things. Thanks for posting and looking forward to for more.

right!! i remember my school Cottonwood Day School and Low Mountain Boarding School would always win lots of awards. the whole 3 day thing. princess contest, song and dance and powwow. lol....wow
