Even though certain modes on Eventide Space looks at least close to useless at first glance, what it can do with Blackhole, Mangledverb, Dualverb and Modechoverb are enough to convince any shopper! Not to mention that even the Spring mode sounds exactly like Eddy with some tremolo added. Definitely the only reverb pedal I'd spend money on!

To answer some of the questions, our signal path is Les Paul Standard > Space > stereo outputs into a Mackie mixer into Pro Tools. No additional processing was used. Space does a whole lot more than we could fit into a 9 minute video. We have subsequently added soundclips on the Space product page on eventide's site. We will be adding more videos in the near future featuring V3 for TimeFactor, ModFactor, and PitchFactor which was recenlty released to production. Please stay tuned.

Strymons product demos by the company is way better than this one. They are pristine and clear and- the most important thing - in real stereo. Not this one. You may get this video in 1720 HD, but for **** sake this says nothing to me. Eventide Space deserves a true real clear stereo demo vid. It's in stereo you judge ANY reverb!

This demo sucks. His guitar tone sucks, it sounds like it was plugged straight in to a cheap sound card. Not to mention the playing is so cheesy. I still think the pedal sounds amazing and I am waiting for mine to arrive.

Can anyone tell me if there is a delay in the switching of presets? I have an Eventide Eclipse but it's useless for live situations because of the load between switching presets. So I'm getting rid of that and contemplating getting a couple of the stomp units, but it's important for to not have a delay when switching in the middle of a song. I'm also wondering if the effects cascade, or trail, from one preset to another. That would really be great. Thanks for the feedback. Take care.

Wow I guess I'll find something else for reverb lol. This is a sound effects machine like the Pitchfactor which is cool but thought it would do some Lexicon like verb.

What I want is the kind of plate that Norman Brown (Pop's Cool Groove) has (which is really a kind of delay) that really shows the guitars tonal qualities, or a reverb that gives us a hank garland reverb or les paul 50's sound, or, just a super rich plate...to start with. The Hall sounds pretty smooth. (But I have a roland acoustic chorus 100, and it's spring reverb sounds just as good)..And that preset called active starting at 2:21 just sounds like a room reverb. The plate sound bad.

You want a marvelous reverb, try a Kendricks K15 amp. I recommend reading about it on the web.

I mentioned before a Norman Brown reverb sound. It's really worth hearing. Why...because I have never heard a jazz guitar with that much tonal quality ever. It's called Pop's Cool groove, on his Stay With Me CD. I don't really like smooth jazz at all, but like I say...tone out the wazoo. You tell me what you think of it.
