WELL... actually ... they called it death valley for a long time but since our stadium was so much louder we jokingly called tiger stadium "deaf valley" but reporters kept getting it wrong and calling it death valley, so it just stuck.

This was by far the best game I've been to at Tiger Stadium. I was in the student section standing on the lower walkway down in the corner when they scored the go ahead touchdown.....I could feel the stadium shaking underneath my feet!!! I've never given so many hi-fives!
