Cowboy Beboop, Full Metal Alchemist, and Dragon Ball Z/GT (in my opinion at least) to name some. Though some series such as Azu Manga Daiou, Lucky Star, and Negima just shouldn't have dubs, since half their jokes make no sense in english.
