These shows get audience info beforehand to prime the psychic, but I guess somebody dropped the notecards backstage because Sylvia got her marks mixed up, twice.
Note her pauses. People are uncomfortable with gaps--we feel cued to talk, and the marks want to make sense of her words, so they'll try to bridge discrepancies for her ("Well, maybe her heart..."). Glad the young lady ignored the bait.
