Hi, i got a tm p90, systema gearbox, new bigger spring (m110 or 120), 6.01 barrel, standard hop up, standard motor and an 11.4v batery with A mosfet, idk what brand, but it works fine :) the only problem in.. the noise. I get a load of noice evry time i shoot, like a clacking noise. Idk what it is, but i think it is the motor/gearbox. Is it my motor that can't handle the battery? You know what it could be?
Curious how the SHS or Lonex Turbo would fare in this setup... Though that systema did surprise me; not enough to warrant its ridiculous price but definitely surprised me.
I have EG1000S in my G36C with M120 spring and high speed gears. The speed is SUFFICIENT to say the least. Probably on par with my P90 with high speed gears, M130-140 spring and G&P Devil Jet motor (M170). Though the G36C has a mosfet installed, P90 is waiting for parts to arrive.
@andersen8183 I've ran an EG-700 motor, a motor that's supposed to be weaker then the EG-1000, in an M120 setup with standard gears, and the rps wasn't far from the Systema motor in this video.
@Gillian15987 It's a Tokyo Marui MP5K. I'm considering to replace the motor with a King Arms high torque motor, as it has given me excellent results in my upgraded CA AUG.
holy shit nice cyclic rate and hair trigger bro. Never really seen an aug with that power, usually people upgrade their m4 platforms all the way. Go to a noob field that rents and light everyone up :D
well first swap in your mock supressor for an orange tip, makes you look more newbish
How did they even manage to make the EG-1000 that slow on an 11.1v lipo? My MP5K with a 9.6 volt nimh is faster than that EG-1000, with M120 spring and standard ratio gears.
@Mjarf88 i know mate....... systema have better stuff but they are damn expensive.... i prefer tokyo marui motor more than the systema but as i know systema products are very solid
@xxXfanosXxx Hmm, i had a Systema Energy motor, they had used plastic screws to assemble it, and the pinion gear wasn't even fastened properly, resulting in my gearbox breaking.
Hey, one last question: Did you use all 11.1V of the LiPo Battery on the Motor? You can control the VOltage that is sent to the motor with this MOSFET
@tacman103 No..too hard plastic for externals, fucked up trademarks, and cheapes Pot Metal and Aluminium Internals, that cant withstand an M110 Spring. The Externals break easily, because they are all plastic.
For the Internals, the only thing i would use on a M110 Spring or above is the Motor, and the Cylinderassembly.
The only good thing is the Hop Up and barrel.
And WTH where TM thinking, when they designed the Gearboxes? Even 40$ Guns have better Gearboxes
@alexibanez2 I did just answer his comment, why he didnt go with a Unupgraded gun, CA has great Externals, but the Internals arent the best, and TM is shit on both
@guythatmadethisvideo Depends on the skills of the guy that upgraded it, and the quality of the parts. If the upgrade is done properly with durable parts, it can last a long time.
@Mjarf88 I just got a G&P m4a1 carbin and i run a 10.8v with deans and it goes around 22-24 rps and i dont like replacing parts but i will end up getting CNC steel 16:1 gears and an aim top high speed piston with steel teeth
@guythatmadethisvideo A steel teeth piston might not always be a good idea. If the piston is pre-engaged somehow, it will fill your gearbox with steel shrapnel. You don't really need full metal teeth unless you upgrade beyond M120. I use a Deep Fire nylon piston with only the last tooth metal, in my high speed MP5K, and it hasn't failed yet, after thousands of rounds.
@Mjarf88 I believe my gun is stock with an m110 spring but it could be more because it shoots around 400 fps. And how does a piston with a teeth strip that is only half steel and half nylon sound?
@guythatmadethisvideo You can use a piston with fullmetal teeth, if you have upgraded your gearbox 100% correctly. A metal teeth piston may last longer, but it will destroy your gears if something goes wrong. I think of pistons with non metallic teeth as a mechanical safety. If you correct the aoe, and don't use a spring stronger than M120, and don't pass 30rps, a regular piston should last at least one season.
@flydelta522 seriously? of course the systema... but you can get cheaper motors like g&p's M120 or an Element high speed or basically any high speed motor and it will shoot around the same as the systema. TM's EG 1000 has around the same strength magnets but no ball bearings and its slower. if you run an m130 or above I'd get a magnum/torque motor.
What ROF do you think i would get with standard ratio gears (G&G), m100 spring, MOSFET, G&G piston, EG1000 motor and 9.6? i know ROF estimates are pretty unpredictable but i really dont know much about the eg1000
@martinairsoft123 i´ve got one but now i buy an systema cause the eg1000 doesn´t work with m120 spring the highest is 110 and the systema is faster but the eg1000 is pretty nice ;)
Where did you read that? Just showing the same gun with 2 different motors. The EG1000 was more accurate as the high cyclic rate of the turbo shook the gun a lot more. Just look at the barrel in the 2 auto tests.
Very well, I read too much into it. Actually, considering the video shows no such thing (on second viewing), since his group goes from right to left (not to centre), I guess I'm full of crap. Nice video, I was thinking of getting one of those motors myself. After seeing that, I'm sold.
Wonbt you need upgraded everything to handle that rate of fire? So could end up way more expensive, but i do like the rate of fire out of it so might look into the upgrading my M4 in the future
Sort of, you have to rewire and resolder the whole thing for it. I found it was easy on something like an AUG with an external wiring harness but it didn't work properly because of the 2 stage trigger. It worked great on my M4 but the extra wires interfered with the trigger and safety until they were delicately positioned.
Motor would have nothing to do with groupings..thats all air nozzle, hop up, and barrel if you look closely when he shoots the outter barrel is a little loose so its bouncing around
in cqb yes it definately is. you have a lot more chances to hit your target and high rate of fires are often intimidating for the team at the receiving end. outdoors, it helps at longer ranges because it can account for the spread of BBs.. and yes i know a fast gun wont account for a bad operator.
depends completely on the gears its is equipped with. EG: the fastest gears i know of are 13:1. Thats 13 spins of the motor to one cycle of the gear that meshes with the piston.
why get that when you can get a higher speed and longevity out of a classic army super high speed motor from airsoft extreme. I use them in all my guns because their cheap, and faster than the systema turbo, I even tested it!
love this motor. put one in my stock aftermath mp5 a week ago along with a 9.6v 1200 mah nimh battery. so far my internals are holding up. next im going to see if my internals will hold up to a m150 spring! i may upgrade the piston on this one tho.
kinda figured it wouldnt but thats the point of it. its gonna be an excuse to get a new reinforced gearbox i been eye ballin. i ordered my bits and pieces a couple days ago. cant wait to see what it does to this box!
thats good...i just got some shit to get my KWA M4 goin 500 FPS (S140+ Spring) so itll be goin good..around 17 a sec which isnt bad with the FPS its pushin
FIRST upgrade the piston , that will surely be the first to go . grab the latest polycarbonate piston systema put out or a promethius with 7 steel teeth . your welcome lol
put a mosfet, deans wiring, 11.1, the motor , m90 spring, high speed gears, shim set, lightweight piston and you got yourself a crazy gun

the turbo is awesome but if you dont upgrade the crap out of your gearbox it will shred itself to pieces in 10 shots

love this motor. put one in my stock aftermath mp5 a week ago along with a 9.6v 1200 mah nimh battery. so far my internals are holding up. next im going to see if my internals will hold up to a m150 spring! i may upgrade the piston on this one tho.

ima save u alot of pain and suffering...your gun will not stand up to a 150 spring...save yourself some time and money and buy what you need
