@pumpitout I think it is a book about an art project by some artists that put a balcony on one of the top floors of the WTC, the art space was donated by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Arts Center and the artists got "construction passes" form the WTC management. Apparently Israeli art students were there at the same time.
