  • Hi hi! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cooworker got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • Video like this is the reason I keep seeing fatties spend an hour doing abs exercises at gyms. Doing a million crushes will not make you look better if you dont eat right and lose those fat.

  • if you hold a 5 to 10 lbs dumbell it increases the exercise tremendously

  • Chill... seriously. Don't let some youtube conversation get to you so much, especially when no one is even trying to insult you. "Ma", as far as I've checked throughout my life, is not an insult. My own mother calls me "ma" on occasion. Take a deep breath, and maybe stop replying to youtube comments for a while.

  • And also, you don't speak for all women in the world. A lot of women would kill for a six-pack, plus it's healthier to have one anyway. It protects you, and you have more core strength. Who wouldn't want that?

  • My favorite ab excercise of yours is actually this one!

    i did this ab excercise for the past 4 days and my waist size dropped TWO INCHES!! in 4 days! It's hard to do this excercise, but you WILL see results, so it's worth it!

  • How many times do you do it a day?

  • i did only 15 reps when i come home because its difficult if you're a beginner. you can always do more!

    sometimes i do 10 reps in morning--before i eat. not only do you burn more calories before eating, but it helps to wake me up :)

  • I absolutely love these! I do them after I've done focused ab routines to blast my entire ab area, and they kick my butt. They're great to do when your abs are already fatigued a bit!

  • i like Doing crunches on my excersice ball and for more intensity - i use wieghts

  • my fav ab exercise is the bicycle situps where you rotate your legs with your elbow reaching for the opposite leg.

  • my favorite ab exercise is the pilates 100..and crunches where you bring your right elbow to your left knee and your left elbow to your right knee. i also like crunches using a stability ball

  • fav ab exercise is basic sit ups and crunches. I like to try and do 10-12 sit ups with 3-5 reps daily. as for crunches I like to do about 50-60 crunches with 2-4 reps a day! thanks for your time!!

  • All of our videos featuring Stephen Cabral are for both genders - Obviously some of the easier moves are geared towards beginners but they are not gender specific at all, I'm just the producer so I chose to get my butt kicked rather than hire a guy to do it :)

  • bicycles and doing crunches with arms straight over head, lengthening the lever arm and not requiring as many reps.

  • ah this is perfect! i'm going to try it in addition to my ab exercises. my favorite are the bicycle crunches because i ALWAYS feel the burn in those.

  • I like doing crunches while sitting on an exercise ball. It works out my lower abs a ton! as well as the upper an middle abs

  • I love the regular sit up crunch is always reminds me of being in school and it not only works for my abs but it allows me to work on stability and maintain posture.
