Like my last name has 13 letters and people always mess it up but it's just 3 words put together - Van-landing-ham. Simple.

  • OMG. Is his nose clogged up or something????

  • OMG, LOL. None of you know what that is???? And he can't say it right. Anyway, it's a disease in the respitory system that you can get from breathing in too much volcanic toxic gasses.

  • Two chemical terms (3,641 and 1,913 letters long) have appeared in the Guinness Book of World Records. They were withdrawn because they have never been used by chemists, and there is no theoretical limit to the length of possible legitimate chemical terms. A DNA molecule could have a name of over one billion letters if it was written out in full.

  • what a spoof lol

  • lmao; I love how you spelled smart wrong. xD

  • It's so much easier if you drop a beat on it...my memory sucks, but I memorized really fast when I 'rapped' it. :p

It is, as Merriam-Webster's Medical Dictionary puts it, a pneumoconiosis (A.K.A. a chronic lung disease) caused by inhalation of very fine silicate or quartz dust. It is (supposedly) the longest word in the English language, at 45 letters and 19 syllables long.

  • Well done Alex! Love the shirt!

  • "a factitious word alleged to mean 'a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust, causing inflammation in the lungs." A condition meeting the word's definition is normally called silicosis.

It occurs chiefly as an instance of a very long word. The 45-letter word was coined to serve as the longest English word and is the longest word ever to appear in an English language dictionary.

  • You did my suggestion. Awesome job. :-)

  • i like the way how you separate them into different parts :) goodjobbbbbbbbbbb!!!
