DCUO: build an ice tank

Ice elemental is good only if you know how to use it. I myself don't because I find that it uses too much super charge and once used takes forever to build again. I do use the self healing cause it charges up quicker and can be used up to 3 times if charged fully. Also a close combat weapon should be of choice. I also like the staff.

im judging that by the toughness passives you have piled up, you're character's build is a efficient in pvp as it is in pve, but is your spell set pvp-efficient? or is there a better way to go for pvp?

Thanks for the video. I have a question concerning ice elemental; do you think this power has any use for ice tanks? I tried using it once and it seemed really slow, poor on combo-generation, and the text about "increasing various stats" seems vague. I didn't see any use for it on my loadout (all three chill powers, the bubble shield, hibernation and inesc. storm) so just wondering if it's viable for anything.

hey lazygamer....i need help buddy!!..just reached lvl 30 as an ice tank....my loadouts are inescapable storm, ice bash, bitter winds, reflection, winter ward n ice elemental....pls help me with this...whether its good or not.....also is cold snap better to have than ice bash....pls help!!!oh yaa n i use a staff but have tried MA, brawlng, and one handed prior but settled with staff as it has awsome stuns and good hit counter aftr 2 combos i have 30+ hits....pls advice :))

T3 in meta wing cases are the highest gear right now. T2 is for tier 2 alerts or tier 2 armor. FOS stands for Fortress of Solitude raids.

@GUNSaBLAZIN13 T2 means Tier 2 which is the highest level gear in the game. Tier 1 is what new level 30s go for, and Tier 2 is attained from raids and stuff. I'm not sure what Fos1 means. What time in the video did he say that?

@VinnMauS you can get a respect token: weapon from the marketplace.... it's only 4,99 i believe :)

@crazydoomx3 or you can just put points in other weapons and use them instead.... as soon as one of the other weapons is activated you can equip the those weapons once you buy or find them

I have an ice tank with 1 handed and brawling In pvp i deal alot of damge but i also take alot of damage(keep in mind my guy is lvl 23 in the defense role) But i want tu know how can i take less damge and deal more I wanna be like those guys in pvp where it take 3 people to kill them

you should have got healing magnitude.... so when you go into your ice block thing... it will heal you more that usual
