you have to get an independent source, not a bias right wing think tank. if they privatized transportation in NYC, then passengers would pay A LOT more. in the east bay of the bay area buses are private and the train system in public and you can go farther, faster, cheaper and more pleasant ride on the train than taking a bus. the public train in the bay area is a lifesaver.
