Sweet, now you need more chords. . . Major, Minor, Diminished, Dominant, Suspended, (7th, 9th, 11th, 13th) There are tons more chords but these chords would make it way more diverse. What about changing the mode of the arpeggio?
@lightharpI'm just experimenting with these :) guess you might try a bit more handy chord switches and midi interface to make it versatile. Are you planning to make some ergonomic enclosure for that?
@chernyavsky i'm currently working to improve this thing in every possible way. i find the "clicking" of the buttons annoying, the USB MIDI interface is not yet class-compliant, the unit cost is way too high, and an ergonomic case would be nice (virtually ANYTHING would be more ergonomic than holding a circuit board in your hand!) :?P any suggestions along these lines would be greatly appreciated! -p
Sounds good I am definitely interested and will be great with my harmonica and maybe a back track for my acoustic guitar. I'm excited. I have a Q chord which is great too. I will be waiting.
@oleskater sweet! ooh, a Qchord... i used to have one of those too. i ended up giving it to my friend Camilla after i realized that it wasn't being put to good use. i did manage to write a song on it, though, so it served its purpose. the Qchord (which i regard as a type of digital autoharp) and of course the traditional autoharp were both inspirations in the design of the AirHarp. i just wanted something more portable and easier to play.
@oleskater if you want to message me with your e-mail address, i can put you on a list of "interested parties". i'll e-mail you when we have an actual device for sale, which i'm busting my ass to facilitate by the end of this month! :D
