Keep up the hard work. The gym, the dog, the whole atmosphere at the gym looks great. I wish I had something like that around here. Oh well, I just have to deal personal trainers telling me not to deadlift and such.  LOL we all start somewhere.

she wears some crazy custom built shoe. it is based on whatever the US team shoe is, but then she had it modified. i know the big difference is the heel wedge she had put in. there were some other changes made as well.
