Recently returned to the Philippines (June 2011) and ate at the Josephine's in Tagaytay (featured in this video) and everything was a delight to our palates! good day. the emcee and singer are not included in the package. we can recommend to you the services of those who have previously hosted at josephine. you have a choice of either taal vista hotel or days inn for your room accomodations which is included in the premier package.

we will surely make you realize your dream to have a fairy tale wedding but the 30 ft wedding cake might be a problem. the wet weather in tagaytay is not suitable for tall wedding cakes, especially if it is made of fondant.
