Celina Jaitley might be born in Kabul but her dad is Indian Punjabi... and besides I don't think she's all that hot compared to some 100% Indian actresses such as Hema Malini, Parveen Babi, Sri Devi, Kangana Ranaut, Amrita Rao etc.
Katrina Kaif is another example of someone who I think is not that hot. Just because she is half English doesn't make her prettier than Aishwarya. It only makes her features look more masculine.
