I've played this song before, it's not hard. I've been playing for four years. If you can't read, fill it in and it's a piece of cake.
Took me a five days to memorize.
you can get it from Ichigos Music Sheet (Google It) It's free.
Again, it's not hard, though it might be hard if you have little fingers.

IMO very easy. After 15 minutes I was able to play it fluently (with sheet paper of course).
