I think this is just music video with a story in it. And the song was also used in a CM. BTW, cute song and video, but I believe the song was accused of plagiarism. I don't think the accusation has been fully proven, but the original song and this do have similar melodies in some parts. The composer apparently stated that he got nothing to say. Of course, Moon has nothing to do with plagiarism.
