I was completely stunned when I watched his audition...he has one of the most compelling voices I've heard in this competition. And he has that SOMETHING in his singing that takes you to some other world...I dare say I like him more than Paul Potts.

Fuck all their opinions, if they actually mattered, his first audition wouldn't have had so many views if it sucked or there was something wrong. This guy should definitely get a contract. His first audition made me cry, and so did this one when they said all that shit about him. If he's still not a musician, I'll tip him $100 when I order a pizza, he deserves much more.

Amanda was completly out of order for buzzing jamie half way through, his nerves had improved loads compared to his first audition, and think how much better they would get again given more time! I hate amanda shes a dreadful judge shes only interested in soppy kids with pushy parents and blokes with their tops off. her oppinion is rubbish. and Piers your not cool your like a dad at a wedding!!! Dont talk to dj talent as if your black its racist and you have no idea how to dance!

His first audition was awesome! Bring Him Home is an awesome song for a male voice if you can hit it but this wasn't as good - it wasn't a great song for him.

I applaud his bravery to stand out there and perform - perhaps the buzzer shouldn't have been shoulded. Like Susan Boyle, he appeared nervous and perhaps "shaky" at certain junctures. He's out but I wish him well in the days ahead of him - to face his fears and overcome them.

Jamie, I feel they really held you to a high standard here. Your first performance built expectations because you delivered it with such raw, heartfelt emotion. You're a good singer, but a better actor. Amanda was right but she wasn't able to explain it.. you touched her heart before, but this time you picked a singer's song rather than an actor's song, and that's what doomed you. Consider acting.. you do have a gift for that.

Please understand I am a big supporter of Jamie. His audition was really profound and worthy of the West End stage or, even better, film. If you recall, Simon stopped Shaheen because the song wasn't showcasing his talent. Jamie's semi was a similar case. I really would like to see him act in film, perhaps using his singing talent in musicals. Jamie's got real understated charisma, and only needs a look to convey real emotion. That's rare, and I think it is his true talent. I hope he finds that.

WTF !!! he had already sung almost all of the song and even it was bad THEN SHOULDN'T BUZZ like that at last 10 or 15 sec. It's felt like getting choked, isn't it.

his performace tonight suffered a bit due to amanda buzzing half way through. he sang the song ok origionally, he should have gone through, as this man has such raw emotion in his voice. he was alot more better than half of the other acts that were beastly - notice amanda didn't really buzz them much did she.

He wasn't any worse than a lot of acts I've had the displeasure of sitting through on this beast of a show.

I will never get involved in watching it again, as it is just a setup for Simon.

If it doesn't sing he can't make money...if it can't be dressed like a slut, he can't make money. He should be ashamed.
