@jensfreak Thanks! I don't use french grip due to a tendon problem I developed, I use a more american grip. I might upload a newer video since I'm much better now. I'll be uploading my ACTUAL playing soon, getting a zoom q3.
Hey there, I was looking around the drummerworld forums and saw your thread. Just wanna ask how were you exactly playing this ride pattern? Something like push-pull? or like doubles?
@Volentry well, i kind of release my fingers and then pick the stick back up, kind of a throw catch thing with bounces in between. Look up john riley ride cymbal technique, he has a great explaination of it.
