yo, I'm about 11 months post op and I'm getting nervous in the gym, im doing 480 lb calf raises, 510 squats, and 210 on leg extensions(which ive been told is a big no-no) but no pain or anything, what do you think? should i go for less weight more reps or keep on like an animal?
that's awesome dude! I weigh the same as you and am using this as inspiration to get there too
