Considering there were range prayers in alot of the clips the video was made around the date of that update which is early/mid 2006. Back then barrage wasn't rare m8. Those who could afford it had it on their pures and those who didn't afford didn't. I'd actually have to say I see few pures with barrage nowadays simply because you can't transfer your cash anymore. But yes there weren't too many Initiate pures with 90+ att and 99 str around
