Theres more to being a sniper than just marksmanship, they are also trained in camouflage, field craft, reconnaissance, infiltration and observation and to top it off, a sniper may have to take shots in excess of 1,500 metres. I doubt you can shoot 2 inch groups at that distance with a .338 Lapua
