  • Easy to understand. Clean visual. Good job.

  • @nightflight1010 Thanks! I've always tried to make my DVDs so people can learn from them. Working toward filming LOCK ON 5 soon...

  • Thanks man, it's nice muay thai here youy showed

  • You are by far the best instructor on here. You explain everything step by step and slowly. I think a lot of instructors on here are just grandstanding. Thank you for posting these and I promise to be an eager student.

  • @douglashell Thank You! When I first started making DVDs with Paladin Press, and then with Aiki Productions, I always wanted to make them so people could learn. Because, like you, I noticed that a lot of the instructional DVDs didn't really instruct, but more demonstrated. I really try to make the DVDs the next best thing to being in one of my classes or seminars. Thanks again for letting me know I'm on the right path. Yours in training - Alain

  • Great to see you are still moving around Alain! ^^

  • @hapkiyoosool Thanks, I'm still moving, teaching, learning, training....

    Just like you are. :-)

  • Amazing. I wish you made more of these videos. They're the clearest to understand i've seen.

  • Thank you! This is from my Lock On series. We may post another ciip from each of the first 3 volumes, and we will be filming vol. 4 very soon. (Fingers locks, head cranks, and chokes/sleepers) I've always wanted to make DVDs that actually teach, and that's what I try to do with my Paladin and Aiki Productions DVDs. I'm glad you liked it and wish you all the best with your training. Check out Aiki Productions website for more info.

  • the arm bar is found in aikido, but one would be more likely to go into a high or low wrist lock from this position and depending on how they resist.
