And my acc here is lame, if you see here an aimbot, u really have to visit a doctor. Neether, if you don't have any fact based proofs that it's an aimbot - just stfu.

I share your pain Tuffadandem - Quake 3 has seemingly gone the way of 'WoW'.

I'm hoping id Software does something to address this in Quake Live - DooM 3 multiplayer was neglected by id Software when it came to the Multiplayer component of the game, but it was (and is) probably the best Multiplayer 1v1 I've ever played with the possible exception of SOF II randomly server-generated sniper maps, even with the oversights they had in DooM 3 regarding keeping player's places in line and stuff.

I s0mtim3s play SOF2 online,good servers..But I LOVE Q3A..In fact is the first run and gun FPS PC game ever had..that was since it came out and up to today I still play it and I love the mods..But the excessive servers get on my nerves ...I mean what happened to the days where one mouse click shoots one BFG shot..Now one mouse click paints the place green and as for variables such as 'g_knockback' and 'g_speed' DAAAAM.we really need more VANILLA SERVERS..some good OL' fashioned Q3A!!! :)
