You guys must really realize html5 is at its baby stages. Noone even knows if it will be able to live up to its hype. At this point it is in efficient it uses far to much processing for the simplest tasks. It can not do anything advanced really especially nothing related to physics. (At least for now) and will not be able to compete with flash for the next 5 years. You can complain that flash isnt perfectly stable, like Steve Jobs whether or not you worship him, But its the best available.

Adobe gave us photoshop, flash, pdf, etc. Apple gave us an iphone with no 3G, no video camera, no mms, no flash support, no multitasking, no external battery, an app store with little freedom (google voice), all on a device we paid for. ipad too, its lacks plenty.. full flash is rolling out on android 2.2, bye apple

Super fail. 3GS with 4.0 Software update and that part of your comment is null and void. you cant say " so Apple had to include in an update instead of adding it in the first place" because Android is JUST getting Flash in Froyo, and some android phones wont even be able to run Froyo.
