isn't much easier to play the 7th of the 3th

string than the 12th of the 4th string? and the sound is pretty much the same

@firegeecko That's what I do. I have short fingers so I have to twist my wrist a bit too much to get to that 12th fret on the 4th string.

@bachibouzouck some player dont use there pinky to play lead, the notes are spot on if u think its easier to hit them on the other string (it isnt) then go ahead

@bachibouzouck Yes Valensi doesn't use his pinky, he also use a riviera and home made by his grandmother picks so anyone who's trying to learn the solo should skip this video.. ^^'
