It seems he's trying to say something, but I can't make out what. A latter day Dylan ?
Talking ain't possibble while playing a tune in my experience. Maybe he's a "don't smoke coz we told u so and yool only regret it" campaign ? Power to his elbow - if he needs any judging by the state that the bow ends-up in most of his now famous performances !
I think he is well good, omg i wish i had gone to cambridge the year after then i would have seen him :( lol how can he play that good and sing at the same time?
This guy is awesome! I have only just discovered him and can't get enough. I am going to see him at Arundel Castle with the Levellers on 22nd August. He will have a brilliant career without doubt!
I saw him last night at 'Folk by the Oak' He was brilliant! It was my second time seeing him.I love it when he does really simply folk like this. Love it.x
How retarded is how they are doing tickets this year, the net will crash in the first hour and then the phones will be jammed, as apposed to going and queueing up to get your tickets, very very poor show from the organisers, oh well festival season is almost here, if i cant get tickets i shant bother trying again, Peace x x
Not exactly glastonbury, exactly right thats why it sold out in a couple of hours, managed to get tickets, had to go through 3 times to get my card to work was proper retarded, been to one festival got another tomorrow, yippeeeee!!!!!
I thought that the system worked really well this year after crashing last year. There were three of us queueing online and we all got through with no problems and got camping at Cherry Hinton. I used to like Seth but find him a bit gimmicky and boring now...a bit of a 'one trick pony' in my humble opinion, but I'm sure thousands would disagree. Martha Wainwright was a disappointment too, I much prefer Rufus.
but seriously, was impressed by the Made in England programme on BBC1 in the UK last night - first time seen Seth - just booked tickets to his May 18th gig in Buxton :))))
Yeeeehhhhaaaaaaaa, i am looking forward to all of it wahooooo!!!!!!!!!! it is here again, 24 hours we will be in radio 2 stage, woop woop woop woop woop woop. yeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!
Yep I was there when they filmed this and it was so hot and it was early so people pace themselves. Lots of people sit in that tent out of the sun early on, by evening there's no one sitting and everyone's on their feet. It was a great set and we were on our feet dancing with our little ones. (Just hoping for more of this mellow sun time this year!) Cheers, Lesley
281 hours til we are there on the thursday morning, yeeeehhhhaaaaaaa!!!!!! wahoo!!!! i love cambridge folk festival, 22nd one for me this year rock n roll!!!!! I'll be dancing all day for 4 days, it is very chilled though i agree even though it is commercialised now it is still the original folk music home of mine, hope you are all going i'll be the crazy guy with long purple hair come and chat yeeehhhaaaaaa! (shout that lots too) Peace and Love all the way!!
Hopefully I won't be the one with mud up to my middle. Praying for a nice dry one. If I see you I'll definately come and say hi. This will be my 9th in a row. My kids have been raised on that orange festival dirt. Cheers, Lesley
i saw him and he got a way better response...this must have been like thursday or something because the cambridge weekend crowd are wild ;) i should know, i'm in it ;)
