You fool, you have just commit a sin in egg cooking! You do not add salt or seasonings until after the egg is finished. That is a death sentence to eggs as it breaks down the proteins and destroys the texture. Salt never ever goes into an egg until it is on a plate. Every good chef I know of will tell you this.
