you have the timing of a cranker but u dont have the revs of a TRUE cranker
id put u around 400 rpm. get it up to 550 to 600 then ur a cranker

Slow down your approach. You're pushing the ball out to different parts of the lane each time. Slow it down and be more accurate. You'll be able to work in a groove.

Yes, but it's pretty old. I think it was released in around 2006-2007.
