Michael was a sensitive, angelic soul. He does say, in the UNEDITED Bashir documentary that's out there , that his father was a genius. In other interviews Michael said he loved his father and forgave him. I'm not making excuses for Joe, but he was from a different generation. Look at everything in it's context. He did help raise good kids & he loved Michael. We all have our crosses to bear in life. I love and miss you Michael.

I'm a Black male and I am trying to figure out what kind of sense is aldridg1234 trying to make! What he did to the boys in all likeliness did mold them to the stars they became. But you cannot disclaim the fact that it was ABUSE... There are so many ways to be tough and push your kids towards success; lack of love and abuse doesnt fit as one! Cut that racial crap!
